Programs for Children and Teens:
Healthy Kidz After School Programs
Located at our Spryfield location in the Greystone community, Healthy Kidz offers a fun and safe place for children (ages 5 -11). Staff work with children to build a strong rapport and to foster a sense of trust and understanding. This FREE program provides unique after-school, March break, and summer day camp opportunities that engage and educate children.
Our Childrenβs Programs provide opportunities for growth and development in a fun and interactive environment by:
Helping children to develop social skills
Assisting children in developing their literacy skills
Instilling the importance of physical activity
Sharing the importance of healthy eating
Healthy Kidz After School Program, Ages 5-8 occurs on Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:00-4:30 pm at the Greystone Centre.
Healthy Kidz After School Ages 9-11 occurs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00-4:30 pm at the Greystone Centre.

Healthy Kidz March Break Camp 2025- Registration opens in January 2025.
Family SOS Camps are free of charge, and a healthy snack/drink will be provided during program time.
Schedule:
Ages 5-8
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 9:30 am to 12:00 pm
Ages 9-12
Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm
One registration form is required for each child you are registering in camp.
Registration is first come, first served, with a maximum of 20 spaces available per age group.
Accepted campers will be notified by the middle of February via the email address provided.
Healthy Teenz After School Program
Healthy Teenz is a community-based program that offers a FREE fun and interactive place for youth to engage in unique after-school and summer day camp opportunities. Healthy Teenz exposes youth to new experiences and activities within and outside their community.
Our Youth Programs provide a peer-oriented, free-thinking setting for youth (ages 12 - 18) to develop life skills and confidence through:
Developing leadership and mentoring skills
Increasing self-confidence and physical health
Being comfortable in new social situations
Developing life skills and career development
Recognizing the importance of volunteering
Healthy Teenz occurs on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00-6:30 pm at the Greystone Centre.
